Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon asafetida powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons hot oil
- Water as needed
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, gram flour, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, chili powder, asafetida powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add hot oil to the dry ingredients and mix it well. This helps to make the murukku crispy.
