UP Prison Food Receives a 5-Star Quality Rating

The Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI) gave the Bulandshahr prison in Uttar Pradesh a five-star certification and the designation “Eat Right Campus,” according to a news release.

After a thorough check of the food quality, storage, and cleanliness in the kitchen, the FSSAI gave the Bulandshahr jail a five-star rating, the “Eat Right Campus” label, and an “Excellent” rating.

According to the statement, the inmates and jail staff worked hard to improve the institution’s appearance, cleanliness, and food safety. For meal preparation, the employees also used clean full-sleeve gloves, hats, and aprons.
