The Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI) gave the Bulandshahr prison in Uttar Pradesh a five-star certification and the designation “Eat Right Campus,” according to a news release.
After a thorough check of the food quality, storage, and cleanliness in the kitchen, the FSSAI gave the Bulandshahr jail a five-star rating, the “Eat Right Campus” label, and an “Excellent” rating.
According to the statement, the inmates and jail staff worked hard to improve the institution’s appearance, cleanliness, and food safety. For meal preparation, the employees also used clean full-sleeve gloves, hats, and aprons.
Anand Kumar, the director general of the prison, told the workers to keep working to keep the food clean, safe, and of good quality.
According to the release, he also thanked all of the staff and inmates for the tag.
