Bollywood Khiladi, Akshay Kumar is one of the fittest stars of B Town. He is known for his discipline. He maintains a very healthy lifestyle, which makes him stand apart from his Co-actors. His Diet is taken care of by Pod Supply. In an interview, the Co-founder of Pod Supply mentioned that Akshay is very calculative and balanced in terms of eating habits. He also said that Akshay is a sattvic food lover with no garlic or onion. Take a look at Akshay’s all-time favourites from Pod Supply’s menu.

Breakfast: He gets up early and starts his day with jogging and an exhausting workout routine. To regain his energy, He eats Chia Pudding with Berries and Avocado on Toast.

Lunch: He likes home-cooked fresh food with fewer spices. Nowadays, he is following Vegan Diet. He loves to have Pumpkin Thai Tofu curry with rice and sautéed vegetables for lunch. He completely avoids acidic food like chhole and rajma, which is quite contradictory, as being a Punjabi, he doesn’t eat chhole.

Snack: He is not a sweet lover, but he still takes almond blueberry biscuits that are nutritious and have zero fat content.

Dinner: He makes sure to finish his last meal by 7 pm, and mostly he takes a cup of soup with sautéed veggies. He keeps his dinner very light. He generally eats an omelette or anything easily digestible if he feels hungry later. He completely avoids packaged food and processed drinks.

Even though these rules appear to be simple, it is clear that they go a long way. In an interview, Akshay said, “Diet is essential. One rule is never to eat after sunset. It is one formula that I have followed all my life. Sometimes I eat after sunset, but it doesn’t happen very often. India’s health card is terrible, so if people can follow this, it would be beneficial.”
