What is an Aphrodisiac?

Any substance or food that promotes sexual desire, arousal, behavior, performance, or pleasure is considered an aphrodisiac. People may wish to use an aphrodisiac to improve their sex lives for a ton of reasons. Such reasons may include poor libido or the desire to increase sexual performance, but occasionally people simply want to enjoy sex more.

How can you use an Aphrodisiac lifestyle? 

If you decide to use an aphrodisiac to level up your sex life, you should be realistic about the results. Keep in mind that aphrodisiacs are not miracle cures. While much evidence indicates that some substances may be useful, factors such as overall health, food, fitness, and stress levels frequently have a significantly higher impact on sexual health.

There are many types of aphrodisiacs, some of them are-

  • Chocolates

It is a sensual food that has chemicals named anandamide and phenylethylamine, which are known to increase serotonin levels – the’ feel-good’ hormone. However, there is some controversy about how much of the chemicals our brain absorbs, and gorging ourselves on a family-sized Dairy Milk to make up the difference may be a passion killer. A strawberry or two dipped in dark chocolate, on the other hand, couldn’t hurt.

  • Oysters

Their appearance isn’t simply suggestive; it’s full-on schoolboy innuendo. They’re also loaded with zinc, which can help with sperm production and hormone regulation, but researchers believe it’s the intimate approach of eating – or slurping – the oysters that get us going.

  • Watermelon

Watermelon is a rich source of citrulline, which relaxes blood arteries the same way viagra does. The taste is also yummy and will keep you full throughout the evening. 

  • Strawberries:

This queen of berries is known for its flare and uniqueness to increase sexual drive. The sweet and tangy flavor helps increase one’s drive and be more active in their sexual health.
