The protein present in eggs has an optimum protein value, and a large egg contains all nine essential amino acids. Moreover, eggs contain B12, which is important for fat breakdown and muscle concentration.

• Porridge: 

There are lots of muscle-building nutrients in a bowl full of porridge. It has the perfect balance of complex carbs and protein and contains high levels of iron, which helps transport oxygen into the bloodstream and muscles. It is the perfect food item for getting a perfect body.

• Salmon: Salmon is one of the best all-around foods. It is a rich source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, both of which are important for building and repairing muscle tissue. Also, it is a perfect food for weight loss, as it has the power to increase feelings of fullness and stop those hunger pangs.

• Almonds: Almonds are also one of the best foods that help create a perfect beach body. They are the main sources of vitamin E, an antioxidant that maximizes muscle recovery post-workout by preventing the onset of free radicals.

But, with only food items, you will not be able to achieve the perfect beach body; you have to combine the above foods with regular workouts. With hard work, you will surely get the toned summer body you are craving.
