Notably, he has spent 12 years of his career at Hyatt, which demonstrates his commitment to the brand and his dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
D’souza began his journey with Hyatt Regency Mumbai in 2011 as a chef ce partie, where he honed his skills and gained valuable experience. In 2019, he was promoted to the position of Sous chef at Hyatt Pune, where he continued to excel and make his mark. Before joining Hyatt, he also worked on cruises and with JW Marriott Mumbai, where he gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the culinary arts.
