The Culinary Art India (CAI) 2023 event will be a grand affair that will bring together culinary experts from across India to showcase their skills, knowledge, and creativity. The competition will be held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, one of the largest exhibition centers in India, and will be hosted by the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF). The event will run concurrently with the 37th edition of AAHAR International fair 2023, a five-day international food, hospitality, and beverages tradeshow.

The CAI 2023 competition is a professional culinary challenge that provides an excellent opportunity for budding chefs to showcase their culinary skills on a global platform. It is expected to draw national-level participation from senior and apprentice chefs from India who will compete with each other in various categories, such as baking, confectionery, and plated desserts. The competition will be judged by a panel of international judges who will evaluate the participants’ skills, creativity, and presentation.

Davinder Kumar, president of Indian Culinary Forum said “Indian Culinary Forum has set the standard for culinary competitions in India. The hospitality industry has also undergone significant change, with new trends in lodging, food and beverage concepts, and super specialty restaurants. Despite this, food is and will always be at the heart of this industry; ICF took the lead to start Culinary Art India fourteen years ago, where chefs are given a platform to demonstrate their culinary skills as well as help them improve to meet international standards. This experience has not only provided fellow chefs with excellent exposure to showcase their culinary skills, but also to learn and share their culinary knowledge with other contestants.” and added “I would like to assure all participants and members total transparency through a structured rules, regulations, systems and panel of WACS certified judges. The ICF will continue to strive to bring our fraternity closer together and to encourage the betterment of the culinary profession through improved education, related industry events, and collaboratively setting new benchmarks in the hospitality industry.”

The main goal of the CAI 2023 event is to create a professional platform where culinary professionals from all over India can showcase their individual and combined skills, creative talent, learn, share experiences, partner, and network in a purely business-like and competitive environment. The event offers an excellent opportunity for the participants to learn from each other, exchange knowledge, and build professional relationships. The competition is expected to be fierce, and the participants are preparing hard to bring their best to the table.

The CAI 2023 event will also feature live demonstrations by over 300 renowned chefs, exhibiting their exceptional cooking skills in front of food lovers. The event will be a treat for food enthusiasts as they will get to witness the chefs prepare delectable dishes right in front of their eyes. The live demonstrations will showcase various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors, providing a unique culinary experience to the visitors.

The CAI 2023 event is a highly anticipated culinary challenge that brings together the best culinary talent from India to showcase their skills, knowledge, and creativity. The event offers an excellent opportunity for budding chefs to learn, share experiences, partner, and network with each other in a highly competitive environment. The live demonstrations by renowned chefs will add an extra layer of excitement to the event and provide a unique culinary experience to the visitors.
