In a pressure cooker, take meat, chana dal, and all other spices and let it cook on a medium flame for 5–6 whistles.

Let the mixture cool down and blend it into a smooth paste-like consistency.

Now add the finely chopped green chillies, onions, ginger, and coriander to the mixture.
Step 4
Make small balls from the meat and flatten them using your fingers to make kebabs.

Take oil in a pan and shallow fry your kebabs till they become golden brown.
