Almost everyone can relate to this: after a wild night out celebrating a milestone event with a group of friends, you all wind up drunk and exhausted, only to collapse in front of your computer. The next day, we feel like absolute garbage due to a severe hangover and accompanying pounding headache. No amount of caffeine seems to be able to make our bodies stop hating us.

Whether you’re looking for a simple, protein-packed breakfast or a tried-and-true hangover cure, you’ll find plenty of delicious options. Today, you may not feel like eating, but you can choose from various nutritious beverages.

Recipes-

Avocado and Egg Toast

Get creative with avocado toast by trying this easy and nutritious recipe. The sourdough toast with avocado and soft-boiled egg is topped with radishes, scallions, and avocado. Use Sriracha mayonnaise to give it a good kick.

Prep: 2  mins

Cook: 2 mins

Total: 4 mins

Servings: 2 servings

Yield: 2 toasts

Ingredients-

  • 2 thick slices of multigrain toast
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, flaky if possible

Steps to Make It

  1. Get all the stuff together.
  2. Toasted bread can be as crunchy or soft as you like it.
  3. The avocado must be peeled, cut open, and the pit removed.
  4. To achieve the appropriate consistency, mash the avocado with a fork in a small bowl. Incorporate the lemon juice into the mashing process. Forks are ideal, but a mortar and pestle will do in a pinch.
  5. Split the avocado spread between two pieces of toast. Spread a little olive oil on top of each piece. Then, season each serving with salt and red pepper flakes and dish it up right away.

Tropical Detox Tonic

Try a tropical tonic if you need a fast detox. This refreshing beverage is packed with liver-cleansing citrus juice and stomach-calming enzymes. Coconut water, apple, pineapple, and mint is not only effective but also delicious, so you may make this a regular remedy.

Total: 5 mins

Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients-

For the Blender Preparation:

  • 12 ounces raw coconut water
  • 1/2 cup water, filtered, as needed to achieve desired consistency
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 green apples, quartered

For the Juicer Preparation:

  • 2 green apples, quartered
  • 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 lemon, peeled and cut in half

Steps to Make It

Blenders Preparation

  1. Add the other ingredients to the blender jar once the coconut water and filtered water have been added.

Total;40 mins

Servings:4 servings

Yield: 1 casserole

  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, or green onion
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps to Make It

  1. Get all the stuff together.
  2. Bread should be placed in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

  5. Top the casserole with the crumbled bacon.
  6. Keep the casserole covered and chilled until you’re ready to bake.
  7. Take the casserole out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature, which should take around 30 minutes. Turn oven temperature up to 350 degrees F.
