Cooking is not as common a talent as some may imagine, or as much as it probably should be. Many individuals find it easier to go out to restaurants or order meal delivery so they don’t have to worry about producing anything themselves – this is especially true if you haven’t honed your cooking skills. It’s much faster to heat up frozen food or order take-out than it is to go grocery shopping, plan meals, meal prep, and prepare supper every night. However, eating out is not the healthiest or most cost-effective option, so if you want to eat healthier and eventually be able to create nutritious food.

To make things more romantically happening we have curated a list of breakfast ideas that you can cook with your spouse and make your family feel happy and joyful.

  1. Dairy Free Banana Yogurt

It doesn’t get much easier than this to make a dairy-free yogurt substitute. With only three ingredients, this recipe is ideal for breakfast or as a midday snack.

Here are the ingredients that you’ll need-

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 banana, mashed

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit overnight in the fridge.

Finish with your favourite toppings.

  1. Aloo Paratha

The flatbreads, inspired by supper leftovers, envelop well-seasoned mashed potatoes for a warm breakfast on days when you hit the alarm button one too many times. The flatbread just requires three ingredients, all of which you should have on hand. Make the batter, and the meal nearly prepares itself! The filling is seasoned with garam masala, which is a comforting flavour to start the day. These pockets are designed for munching on the fly. Bring one on your morning commute!

Hold your spouse’s hand and head towards the kitchen for a quick and easy breakfast, so that you can cherish this meal throughout the day and romanticize cooking as a couple as those who cook and eat together stay together.
