Kartik Aryan: An appetite for success

Kartik Aaryan Tiwari popularly known as Kartik Aryan is on a winning spree since he joined Bollywood as an actor. An engineer by education, he made his acting debut in Luv Ranjan’s buddy flick Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011).

Not only is he well-known for this film, but also for Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, both of which have received rave reviews. Bhool Bhulaiya 2, one of his recent films, has been a commercial success. Aaryan is not just an actor, he has also worked as a brand ambassador and co-hosted award shows. He was included in the 2019 edition of Forbes India’s Celebrity 100.

This makes his daily schedule a very hectic one. To keep up with his fast-paced lifestyle and his aspirational looks he follows a very strict diet plan. Let’s look at á la Kartik

Diet Plan

  • Kartik’s trainer has given him a strange eating plan that calls for him to eat 7-8 meals every day.
  • Protein makes up a larger portion of his diet than fats and carbohydrates. He also mentions that he eats very little oil and very modest quantities.
  • He usually begins his morning meal at 9:00. After that, he eats little meals every two hours for the next seven to eight times a day.
  • On a daily basis, he ensures that he eats fruit.

  • When he’s not on a strict diet, he’ll eat any kind of roti. But when he’s trying to watch what he eats, he’ll choose nachni or jawar, or maybe no roti at all.

Kartik begins his day with a glass of lukewarm water with a squeeze of lemon juice. It regulates his metabolic rate and helps him burn fat.

Smaller Meals

Kartik prefers eating smaller meals every two to three hours during the day over having three or four substantial meals. The strategy not only helps him maintain sufficient energy to get through his busy days but also speeds up his metabolism.

Preferred Beverages

However, while most actors rely on caffeine-rich beverages like tea and coffee to keep them going, Kartik generally avoids them. As an alternative, Kartik enjoys drinking green tea, which provides his body with antioxidants and aids in weight management.

Hydration

Kartik knows the value of staying hydrated and does his best to replenish his water stores throughout the day.

Continuous Change

Kartik is always trying new approaches to his physical fitness. Because of this, he can get the most out of it and still enjoy it.

Supplements

Kartik does not include any nutritional supplements in his diet. To get lean and strong, however, he needs to make sure he’s getting enough of everything. He adds several supplements because of this.
