As we all know peanut butter is a favourite ingredient of all health enthusiasts, because of its rich nutrition and filling which keeps you going for hours. These brownies are the healthiest with no added flour, preservative, or sugar, just love.  

3. Lime Pie Pudding

If you are looking for a recipe which doesn’t require any baking skills, this is the one for you. The first layer is buttery and scrunchy, followed by oats, next comes flavouring and Avacodo seasonings. Makes even a weight loss delicious.  

4. Green Smoothie Popsicle 

On summer hot days, when you just want to have a popsicle, but the calorie count stops you, you need to follow this recipe. For the top frozen raspberries, chia seeds and red currants are used. The rest is made with spinach, banana, kiwi and pineapple. Not only kids but adults love it too.  

5. Healthy Banana Oatmeal 

A heart-healthy breakfast which is crunchy and delicious. This includes no added preservatives, sugar and flour. It is just made up of two ingredients – oats and bananas.
