Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

2. Add the oil and warm water, and mix until everything is combined and a soft dough forms.

3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and set aside in a warm place for about an hour, or until it has doubled in size.

5. Meanwhile, make the filling by combining the grated paneer, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cilantro, mint, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

6. Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.

7. Roll the dough out into an 8-inch square.

8. Spread the filling over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges.

9. Starting at one end, roll the dough up into a log, pressing the edges together to seal.

10. Cut the log into 8 equal pieces.

11. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

12. Brush the top of the rolls with vegetable oil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F, or until the rolls are golden brown.

13. Serve warm with chutney or ketchup.
