So, Let’s get started!

  1. French Toast

A thick slice of bread soaked in an egg, milk, and cinnamon mixture, toasted in a pan, and served with butter and maple syrup. This is the most delicious breakfast recipe. It can be ready in just minutes.

  1. Sunny Side Up Egg

Classic sunny-side-up eggs with golden yolks and tender, just-set whites beg to be the eyes on your breakfast plate. But it’s a little tricky to make it. In a cast iron pan, melt butter over medium heat until lightly foaming; tilt your pan to distribute the melted butter evenly. Break the eggs carefully into the frying pan, season with salt, and cook for 3 minutes, until the whites are set and the yolks are runny. Transfer to a plate, season with pepper to taste, and serve immediately.

  1. Lemon rice

If you have leftover rice, this shall be your go-to breakfast. Take kadhai, add oil and allow it to heat on medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add two tsp of mustard seeds, a tsp of urad dal and chana dal, some kadhi patta, ¼ tsp of hing, some green chillies and lots of peanuts. Fry till it turns red. And then add turmeric powder after 1 min, add leftover rice and mix properly. You are good to go!

  1. Vermicelli Upma

If you are bored with regular upma, try this one, it’s super tasty. Within minutes you can make it during your busy mornings.

  1. Pongal

A famous south Indian dish is straightforward to make. You just need a pressure cooker. Take 1 cup rice and ½ cup urad dal, wash it, add 4 cups of water, and give 3-4 whistles. Once the pressure is released, remove the rice dal mixture in a bowl. Now take a Kadai and add ghee, hing, pepper, kadhi patta, jeera, cashew nuts and dry chilli. Directly pour it over the rice daal mixture. Pongal is ready.
