  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve the salad chilled, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
