On 4th September 2024, approximately 4 quintals of premium, organically grown dragon fruit were shipped to Dubai via Bhubaneswar International Airport.

IPO-bound foodtech giant Swiggy disclosed in its annual report for FY 2023-24 that a former junior employee embezzled INR 33 crore over an extended period.
According to Moneycontrol, the company has launched an investigation with an external team and filed a legal complaint against the individual.
“The Group identified embezzlement of INR 326.76 million in one of its subsidiaries by a former junior employee over previous periods,” the company stated in the report.
