At this New York restaurant, the world’s priciest Sandwich costs INR 17,000!

Chutney-Cheese-Sandwich

Don’t you think people of all ages enjoy sandwiches? Usually, the bread is roasted or grilled along with meat, eggs, and veggies. A crunchy food is a great pleasure to eat. A street sandwich is typically inexpensive, thus most people can afford it.

The sandwiches served in upscale restaurants can be quite expensive. But did you know that a sandwich in an American metropolis costs so much that the ordinary individual would never even think of buying one, much less eating one?

According to the news website Audity Central, the Serendipity 3 restaurant in New York City serves the most expensive sandwich in the world. This title is one that Guinness World Records has given it. Interestingly, Serendipity 3 is the bearer of the records for the priciest dessert, the priciest hamburger, the priciest hot dog, and the biggest wedding cake.

World’s Costliest Sandwiches!

The dish we’re discussing is called a Quintessential Grilled Cheese Sandwich. It has things that are pricey and challenging to get. Here’s the price of this food: a whopping INR 17,000! French Pullman Campagne Bread, made with Dom Perignon Champagne and edible gold flakes, is required, two slices of it.

White truffle butter is spread all over it, and caciocavallo podolico cheese is packed inside. On a Baccarat crystal plate, it is presented with South African Lobster Tomato Bisque Dipping Sauce.

sandwiches

You must have inferred how uncommon these things are from their names. You must order it 48 hours or two days in advance if you want to eat it. Only when someone orders it are the sandwich’s components delivered from other places. This cheese is imported from Italy and prepared from the milk of uncommon kinds of cows. Only 25 thousand cows are bred for milk, and this cow only produces milk for two months of the year.

Experiments with food are not uncommon amongst the restaurants. Though this one is quite an expensive one, let’s see how many foodies are interested to pay such a hefty amount for this unique record-breaking dish.

With more than 68,000 slices, Pizza Hut aims to create the largest pizza ever

0

The sensation of biting into a hot, freshly made pizza with a crispy crust, toppings of meat or vegetables, and plenty of cheese is unmatched, let us just accept it. With admirers all around the world, it is unquestionably one of the most popular Italian meals. You can always get a ‘pizza’ to pacify your appetite, no matter where you are in the world.

A recent attempt to create the largest pizza in history was made by the American multinational restaurant company “Pizza Hut” as a further demonstration of its devotion for this Italian delicacy.

This world-record pizza, according to a report from Reuters, will have 68,000 pieces when it is finished and will be 1,310 square meters in size. In order to assemble the pizza, the base is covered with rectangular slices of pizza dough. Prior to adding cheese and pepperoni, pizza sauce is first spread over the dough. It will be prepared using a cooking apparatus that hovers over the pizza pieces because no oven can fit such a massive pizza. Look at this video shared by Reuters: (Video Link: https://twitter.com/i/status/1616051723658731522)

The pizza is currently being assembled at the Los Angeles Conference Centre in the US. Pizza Hut President David Graves told Reuters that after the record is confirmed, the pizza slices would be distributed to nearby food banks, ensuring that no food will be wasted in this quest to break the record.

In addition, Graves said, “When it comes to firsts, Pizza Hut has a history. We were the first company to deliver pizza and to accept online orders. We always take on challenging, thrilling projects. It therefore seemed appropriate to set a new record for the largest pizza in the world to honor the return of our favorite dish. We did it for that reason, ultimately.”

Let’s wish Pizza Hut to make the record and honor such a great dish. By the way, would you choose to try this “record-breaking” pizza if given the opportunity?

amul-news - WPL

The Women’s Indian Premier League (WPL) is anticipated to start its inaugural season this year. The first season, which is expected to have 22 matches, might start in March of this year, according to widespread opinion. Following the announcement, applause for the decision flowed across India.

The dairy company Amul, which is well-known for its top-of-the-line topicals, has also jumped on board. They posted a topical on Instagram to commemorate this achievement in the sport. The iconic Amul girl is pictured sitting in a chair and wearing cricket gloves. Her bat is perched on the chair. The stack of bread and butter that was atop a chair caught our attention immediately. WPL trophy captivated the Amul girl’s attention. In keeping with its history of making puns based on current events, the post’s title read, “Indian PremHer League”.

Amul’s Tribute to WPL on Instagram:

The Instagram caption that accompanied the clever topical, mentioned “Amul Topical: Launch of WPL“. Although Amul’s products have their own popularity in Indian homes, its poster girl has gained recognition ever since the company was founded in 1950. She has provided humorous one-liners as commentary on significant events in India and throughout the world for decades.

Amul previously tweeted a post honouring SS Rajamouli‘s hugely popular period drama “RRR” and its historic win at the 80th Golden Globes. The Golden Globes awarded the song “Naatu Naatu” from the movie Best Original Song. Amul jokingly referred to it as “Really Remarkable Reward” in its post while still using the acronym RRR.

Naturally, Amul kept up the word play with a one-liner like “Amul say haan not naa tu butter.” Along with MM Keeravaani, the creator of the viral Naatu Naatu, the doodle also included the major stars of RRR Jr. NTR and Ram Charan.

WPL is indeed a great initiative to motivate and encourage great talent to come up at the national level in a game like cricket, which has been a male-dominated sport ever-since. New and young talent will not only get motivation with the initiative but will have a huge platform like WPL to perform and showcase their talent, as well.

Noodle factory video shocks viewers, Netizens Question Hygiene conditions

0

Nothing beats noodles, I’m sure we can all agree. The definition of comfort food, whether it’s raining or not, is to sink into a bowl of soupy noodles. They can be made in a variety of ways using a wide range of ingredients to create mouthwateringly delectable delights. They come in a variety of shapes and forms. Noodles can be cooked at home or enjoyed in a fancy dining establishment, but nothing compares to the flavor of the noodles found in roadside cafes. Street-style noodles are a favorite among foodies, and for good reason. Before splurging on this delicious treat, this video will force you to reconsider.

The video demonstrates how fresh noodles are prepared, with workers haphazardly handling the process without the necessary tools or maintaining proper hygiene. The video showed the dishonest side of the noodles you enjoy on the street, from touching the dough with bare hands to putting it in filthy containers and discarding it on the filthy floor. “When was the last time you enjoyed roadside Chinese Hakka noodles with Schezwan sauce,” a user tweeted in response to the video. (Video Link: https://twitter.com/i/status/1615707103527858176)

Twitter users viewed the video extensively. Many spoke out in support of it, despite the ironic description given by some as the “most hygienic noodle-making procedure.” The same hygiene standards “absolutely” apply to every kitchen in Delhi, according to a user. You would literally cease eating the majority of your food if you truly understood how it is mass manufactured, including the golgappas, kulchas, bhel puris, and not only the noodles seen here. “Ever wonder what cows consume to produce milk? “, he said.

Twitter also questioned the user who posted the video about how he knew the noodles in it were only being used by roadside sellers and not fancy restaurants.

Some people completely discounted the unhealthy element. They explained how cooking the noodles in hot oil at a high temperature kills the microorganisms. “Boil ho ke sab theek ho jata hai (Once it’s boiled, it will be nice to eat), No tension,” a user remarked.

However, several people on the internet were shocked. When I ate them, my stomach and throat would get upset, so it’s no wonder, one individual commented.

Avoid these Non-vegetarian items in your breakfast to keep your brain and mood active

0

Breakfast is often considered the most important meal of the day, as it sets the tone for our energy and focus for the rest of the morning. However, not all breakfast foods are created equal. Specifically, certain non-vegetarian items can have a negative impact on both our brain function and mood.

One non-vegetarian item to avoid in the morning is processed meats, such as bacon, sausages, and deli meats. These foods are often high in saturated fat and sodium, which can increase inflammation in the body and lead to brain fog and fatigue.

Additionally, processed meats are often preserved with chemicals such as nitrates and nitrites, which have been linked to an increased risk of cancer

Avoid fried or greasy egg dishes:

Another non-vegetarian item to avoid in the morning is fried foods. Fried foods, such as fried eggs or hash browns, are often high in trans fats and can contribute to inflammation in the body. Trans fats have been linked to a variety of health problems, including an increased risk of heart disease and stroke.

Additionally, fried foods can cause a spike in blood sugar, which can lead to feelings of fatigue and irritability.

Say no to red meat

Red meat is another non-vegetarian item that should be avoided in the morning. Red meat is high in saturated fat and cholesterol, which can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. Additionally, red meat is often high in iron, which can contribute to feelings of fatigue and brain fog.

Be aware of fish

Fish is a non-vegetarian item that should be consumed in moderation. While fish is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for brain health, some types of fish can be high in mercury and other toxins. These toxins can contribute to inflammation in the body and negatively impact brain function. Additionally, some fish such as swordfish, ahi tuna, king mackerel and tilefish are high in mercury and should be avoided.

What can you try instead:

Instead of these non-vegetarian items, try incorporating more plant-based foods into your breakfast. Whole grains, fruits, and vegetables are all great sources of nutrients that can support brain health and improve mood. For example, berries are high in antioxidants, which can help protect the brain from damage.

Whole grains, such as oatmeal and quinoa, are high in fibre and can help keep you feeling full and satisfied throughout the morning. Including non-vegetarian items such as processed meats, fried foods, red meat and fish in your breakfast can have a negative impact on both brain function and mood.

Instead, focus on incorporating more plant-based foods into your breakfast routine, such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, to support overall health and well-being.

By making these small changes to your breakfast routine, you can start the day off on the right foot and set the tone for a productive and energised day.

Man impersonates how people request refunds on food apps: Netizens share opinions

0

When you’re not in the mood to cook, what do you do? “Order in food with meal delivery apps,” is the most typical response. There are instances when we get the wrong orders or bad meals. Each app features a customer service department where you may request a refund or a replacement in such circumstances (of the food you received). Unfortunately, some users abuse the service and request refunds or replacements for very absurd reasons. Let’s all agree that we have encountered such individuals. A recent video showing how customers request “refunds” from Zomato was recently released by a content maker who took inspiration from the same.

To view post link: click here

The video was posted by Sachin Awasthi, a content creator, and it shows him seated with a sandwich and a phone in each hand. He appeared to be speaking with a customer service representative (of Zomato). “Yes, I did sent the image to you (of the sandwich). Although the dish appears to be perfect in the photo, it smells strange “Over the phone, he stated. Awasthi then bit into the sandwich and continued, “I don’t want a replacement, so please give me my money back. What am I going to do with the substitute? What if you send me terrible food once more? Send the funds my way.” He finally hung up (the call).

In a short period of time, the video caught people’s attention, receiving hundreds of reactions and comments along with approximately six million views. The video appears to have offended a lot of online users, as evidenced by the harsh responses they received. “This must cease immediately. It’s really unethical. Additionally to causing the corporation to lose money, it makes it difficult for those who truly have a problem to obtain justice. It’s not cool, guys, “one individual wrote. A different comment stated, “The Reel is obviously sarcastic and humorous, therefore people should avoid such behavior unless it’s real. They’ll start placing orders with no refunds one day.”

In response to those who called it a joke, another commenter wrote: “To all the people calling it a joke, Zomato’s policies make it reimburse from the delivery partner’s earnings in most circumstances. I’ve worked with the delivery partner support staff, and I can tell you that individuals like this make their life a living hell. Please don’t encourage such videos, a different poster urged. This is not the kind of entertainment this is. Because of these actions, we don’t receive returns.

What opinions do you have about this video?
