This second career path is open to people of both sexes. According to the statement that was included in the press release that the company distributed, the Phoenix programme is a career transition programme that will offer opportunities to working professionals who have taken a career sabbatical of at least one year and are interested in returning to the corporate sector.
Candidates who have taken time away from the programme to focus on their health, reach their goals, or follow their hobbies are invited to apply for this job. The role requires candidates to have spent time away from the programme.
Applicants are expected to have a minimum of two years of professional experience for their candidacy to be considered for the programme.
Project-based recruiting accounts for a significant percentage of the hiring process; successful applicants will be hired as consultants for six, nine, or twelve months, depending on the project’s duration. The level of success they achieve in the tasks assigned to them will determine whether or not they are invited to join the team in the long run.
When determining whether or not to hire a candidate for a lateral position, previous work experience is one factor that is considered.
