How many of you support sticking to a strict diet? Well, sometimes you want to run away, no matter how skilled you are at it. While on a diet, it’s normal to want to reward oneself with tasty foods or indulge in mouthwatering delights. Most of us like cheat meals when we require something good and only hope it won’t interfere with our fitness goals. It can be difficult to follow a diet plan, and many of us frequently fail. This popular video will hit home if you still eat junk food while trying to lose weight.

The video, posted on Instagram, depicts a man sitting down with a bag of chips in his hand and a weighing scale on the table. He removes a chip from the packet and places it on the scale to determine its weight. He starts eating the chip even though the reading is zero. The practice is then repeated while using a different snack. Every food he puts on the scale weighs nothing, letting him indulge guilt-free.

The text on the video said, “Whenever I’m on a diet,” The video’s caption was uploaded: “So far, the diet is going well. A calorie-free diet from Marvin Achi.”

Users on the network left a variety of comments on the video. Many thought it was funny and responded with laughing emoticons. The math is matching, as one user put it. Enjoy!” Another person said, “I adore it!”

Scroll down if you can’t handle a decent, humorous, or innocent joke. That’s not how I think it works.  A comment was made.  “He’s using a real scale, haha,” added a different user.”

Another comment said, “This must be my brother from another mother.” For the uninitiated, a zero-calorie diet refers to consuming foods that are either low in calories or calories-free. This implies that low-calorie foods do not cause you to gain weight. They aid you in your efforts to lose weight.
