3. Carrots for Quality

Carrots are great for your kids. high in vitamin A and serve as a perfect snack for the little munchkins. Baby carrots are perfect for toddlers as they are fun to eat and easy to carry.

4. Nuts for nourishment

Almonds contain high amounts of calcium and protein, which are again very good for kids' teeth. Nuts and seeds help nourish and strengthen tooth enamel. They also contain phosphorus, which helps in gaining the lost minerals.
