Children are inherently sweet lovers. Any parent will testify how much kids love to indulge whenit comes to something sweet. After all, a sweet tooth always provides comfort. Almonds contain high amounts of calcium and protein, which are again very good for kids' teeth. Nuts and seeds help nourish and strengthen tooth enamel. They also contain phosphorus, which helps in gaining the lost minerals.
