If you are not living under a rock, you are probably aware that Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, returned with the FIFA World Cup trophy this year. When Argentina and France, the defending champions, took the field at Lusail Stadium on Sunday night for the championship match of the FIFA World Cup 2022, the stakes were enormous. We were on the edge of our seats during the close contest.

We saw one of the greatest football games ever on Sunday night, from Argentina’s 2-0 lead in the first half to Kylian Mbappa’s incredible comeback for France in the 80th minute. In other words, it was Lionel Messi’s ideal final game before retiring from the World Cup.

Wishes began to arrive quickly from all across the world. Also joining the list was Amul. The company, which is well-known for its current news topics, celebrated Argentina’s victory with a graphic of Lionel Messi. Emiliano Martinez, the captain and goalie of Argentina, is included in the artistic rendering that Amul posted on his social media accounts.

Messi and Martinez may be seen here hoisting the World Cup trophy in celebration. “Messi, maska Leo!” is written in the text. “Amul is the best of all flavors,” it continues.

“#Amul Topical: Argentina wins their third FIFA World Cup,” reads the caption.

Amul has previously posted content that features Lionel Messi. The dairy company posted a photo of the 35-year-old footballer on Instagram after Argentina secured their place in the championship game. In the poster, Messi is depicted walking while holding the ball and bread in each hand. “Semi-final se Messifinal tak,” the text stated.

On Sunday night, Lionel Messi also won the Golden Ball trophy. He is now the only player to ever win it twice. Messi last claimed the crown in 2014.
