Fans of Keeping Up with the Kardashians know that Kylie frequently deviates from her sisters’ healthy routines, such as eating junk food and skipping the gym first thing in the morning. You may be wondering, as we are, what Kylie eats on a daily basis to sustain her hourglass form without gaining excess weight.

While writing for Harper’s Bazaar, the famous actress revealed, “If there was a face of hangry, it would be me.” Food appears to be the muse of this trend-setting individual.

What, exactly, does Kylie Jenner put into her mouth? If you’re wondering what the beauty tycoon consumes for sustenance, read on!

Here is a comprehensive look at Kylie Jenner’s daily diet, as revealed by her Food Diaries blog, TikTok videos, and Instagram posts.

Breakfast-

Kylie claims to drink roughly two jars of bone broth a day, starting each morning with a special glass flavoured with lavender and lemon.

She’ll also drink a glass (about 16 ounces) of freshly squeezed celery juice, which helps with weight loss, cancer prevention, and inflammation.  “I drink it for the health benefits not the weight loss”, she wrote in an Insta story.

While applying her daily makeup, Kylie sometimes enjoys a cup of iced coffee or peach tea, despite her efforts to “cut back a little bit” on caffeine consumption. Her preferred beverage is an Alfred Coffee vanilla iced latte made with oat milk, as evidenced by her Instagram Story.

Kylie has been open about her distaste for breakfast and her preference for the same old “eggs, turkey bacon, and avocado” every morning.

But her new “What I eat in a day” TikTok video shows that her taste buds have matured. She displayed her matcha latte alongside a platter of cereal, natural yoghurt, and ripe berries.

Kylie’s morning breakfast might also include avocado toast, which she dresses up in her own special way by topping with honey and chilli flakes. Breakfast options include waffles with fresh berries, such as raspberries and blueberries, banana pancakes, bagels with cream cheese, French toast, and cinnamon vanilla pancakes drizzled with maple syrup.

Not very long ago, Kylie tweeted about her first experience having cereal with milk. Her favourite cereal is Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but she “really prefers” eating cereal dry.

Kylie sometimes chooses more elaborate breakfasts or brunches, such as this egg dish with salsa, guac, and beans or an omelette with arugula and potatoes.

Lunch

Kylie prefers not to eat the same thing every day for lunch, so she orders in from Postmates rather often. Us Food reports she has spent at least $10,000 in a year on orders, with the Miso Ramen Bowl from JOEY being her second most requested meal.

Besides the sun noodles, grilled chicken, grilled corn, bamboo shoots, and “65-degree egg. #Fancy, it also contains red miso, white miso, brown miso, a special ‘ramen miso,’ garlic, sesame seed oil, togarashi chile, and a special ‘ramen miso.

Mexican dishes, such as shrimp tacos, steak burritos, rice, and enchiladas, are also popular choices for lunch. Evidently, “Taco Fridays” are a tradition in the Jenner household.

Kylie likes a “very bomb tuna sandwich with wheat bread and lettuce” or a salad from Health Nut (the Kardashians’ go-to takeaway salad bar), as well as kale salads with jalapenos and croutons.

According to Khloe, “Kylie eats like a typical teenager but she’s also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods.”

Jenner told Harper’s Bazaar’s “Food Diaries” that she tries to eat healthily even while on the road by preparing meals like a lemon chicken with white rice and a side of vegetables.

The beauty tycoon has an unhealthy obsession with Japanese cuisine, and she frequently indulges in sushi or matzo ball soup with noodles and carrot toppings for dinner. Her TikTok video showed that she also enjoys arugula and cucumber salad, fresh asparagus, and creamy chicken spaghetti on occasion.

Kylie has shared her love of Italian food on Instagram, including this plate of tomatoes and mozzarella, penne alla vodka, and homemade tomato-basil pasta.

Kylie enjoys nibbling on delicious treats. She told the New York Times in 2015, “Every time I get hungry for a snack during the day, I like to have Justin’s Almond Butter packets”. She also claims to enjoy extra cheesy goldfish crackers, Fritos Chilli Cheese Corn Chips, and Mexican dip with a side of BBQ-flavored Lays.

However, Kylie told Harper’s Bazaar that she likes to mix it up with pomegranate seeds, mango and strawberry slices, frozen grapes, or sliced apples before bed to curb her midnight junk food cravings. Look at her expensive fruit bowl; she’s not fibbing.

Treats

In Kylie’s words, “junk food is bomb” and girl, do we agree!

She is not picky about the junk food she eats, but you can always find precisely stacked Oreos and Trader Joe’s Joe-cookies Joe’s (which she calls “the best cookies ever”) in her kitchen. She said on her house tour that she picked out the black and white treats on purpose, but we have a feeling she can’t resist the cookie either.

Kylie has been seen in several TikTok videos baking cookies, and cupcakes, and even warming up some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies for Stormi as a dessert.

She has also used Instagram to rave about the deliciousness of her homemade Candied Yams, lemon cake, cinnamon roll waffles, and cookie pie.

Kylie’s favourite junk foods are peanut butter and jelly as well as Krispy Kreme donuts, Flaming Hot Cheetos, Diet Coke, Sweet Heat Treats, Strawberry Twizzlers, Fruit Punch Gatorade, Tiny Twist pretzels, and Lucky Charms made with marshmallows exclusively.

Kylie loves a good alcoholic drink every now and then, and we’ve all seen her affinity for shots in her Drunk Get Ready With Me vlog, in addition to her litre of bone broth and iced beverages. Corona light with lime, Pinot Grigio white wine, and vodka shots are her go-to libations.

In a 2018 video, she gave viewers a tour of her kitchen and revealed that some of her favourite healthy snacks include Health-Ade kombucha and coconut water. Kylie also drinks refreshing lemon water with a drop of liquid chlorophyll, which is great for the immune system and weight loss and is rumoured to promote healthy skin.

  • Health-Ade kombucha
  • Coconut water

Cheat Meals:

Kylie is the master of moderation, so she allows herself a cheat meal once in a while. Her standard order at her favourite fast food joint is a double cheeseburger with In-N-special Out’s sauce, well-done fries, and a cola.

Kylie revealed to Stormi in a YouTube video just how often she and her partner, Travis Scott, had been eating at the fast food restaurant throughout her pregnancy because of her increased appetite for fast food.

She feels absolutely no remorse about indulging in a McDonald’s meal of Spicy Chicken McNuggets, French fries, and cinnamon buns.

Kylie has stated that her ideal pizza would include both cheese and pepperoni. Perhaps barbecue chicken, if we’re talking pizza. Don’t feel bad about indulging in greasy fast food; she’s a fan of chicken fingers and grilled cheese sandwiches just as much as you are.

List of foods:

  • In-N-Out
  • McDonald’s
  • Pizza
  • Chicken fingers
  • Grilled cheese sandwich

Supplements & Vitamins:

Kylie regularly posts about her consumption of the various supplements she promotes and promotes alongside other firms on her Instagram feed. She never leaves the home without her vitamins and tea, which include SugarbearHair and Detox Fit.

She prefers a collagen creamer made from coconut milk to oat milk when she drinks coffee. This is a dietary supplement that is healthy for your skin, hair, and nails, and it has a vanilla flavour. According to the evidence, her go-to is Vital Proteins (paid link).

With the exception of the $10,000 she spends on takeout each month, Kylie has the most approachable diet of the Kardashian sisters. That being said, she eats a wide variety of foods and isn’t afraid to treat herself to the occasional bad treat; she just makes sure to wash it down with plenty of nutritious greens and cleansing liquids.

In addition, she includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) home exercises in her schedule to ensure she stays in good shape and maintains her figure while indulging in a wide variety of foods on occasion.
