Mehigan & Conosh’s Masterclasses Hit Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi

The members of Conosh are all passionate about food, and their mission to serve foodies around India. Their website is a melting pot, with options ranging from home-cooked meal delivery services, to online cooking classes. Home-cooked meals are now being delivered to your house every weekend in Delhi and Bengaluru by a network of exceptional home chefs.

The community is also assisting home chefs and home bakers in upskilling themselves by participating in online sessions, aka Conosh Workshops and Masterclasses, where they collaborate with master chefs and industry experts to bring new online learning experiences to our community every weekend.

Mehigan & Conosh’s Workshops!

These online classes cover everything from baking to making bread to making gourmet food at home. Chef Ranveer Brar, Chef Vikas Khanna, Chef Kunal Kapoor, Chef Kirti Bhoutika, Chef Anna Poyviou, Chef Sashi Cheliah, Chef Vicky Ratnani, Chef Anahita Dhondy, Chef Sarah Todd, and others are among our previous Masterchefs.

Gary Mehigan will teach masterclasses on the subject of “Chocolate Indulgence” in each of the three cities to mark the Christmas season, in classic Masterchef judging form. Pooja Dhingra, a well-known Indian pastry chef and the creator of the Le15 brand of bakeries and packaged goods, will participate in these masterclasses with Mehigan.

As part of the “Indian Stories with Gary & Friends” series, Chef Gary Mehigan and Chef Saransh Goila organized a physical masterclass at Trident Hyderabad.

The students will learn how to make quick and simple Florentines, chocolate and orange flavors, chocolate and dulce de leche melting moments, hazelnut butter dark chocolate travel cake, and pecan chocolate and caramel cookies from this powerful team.

Dhingra expresses her excitement about the upcoming Conosh Masterclasses with Chef Gary Mehigan in Bangalore, Delhi, and Bombay in response to the news. As we make some incredibly entertaining and delicious chocolate desserts, you can learn some of our favorite pastry tricks!

Mehigan comments on the news, saying, “I am excited to visit India in December for Conosh Classified to offer my masterclass with Pooja Dinghra and a dinner series including some of the flavors I love.” I hope you’ll come along.

This Masterclass has been carefully crafted to provide the participants with an unforgettable learning opportunity that will enable them to add classic culinary masterpieces to their repertoire.

One or two fortunate guests may even assist me and Pooja Dhingra, the other chef for this occasion, as we prepare this gorgeous lineup of sweets! Each participant will receive a certificate that has been signed by Pooja Dhingra and me. After the masterclass, Pooja Dhingra will also debut her book and sign copies of it

 Conosh’s unique initiative, Conosh Classified, aims to attract top chefs to India for learning-based and culinary experiences and create a melting pot for top talent and international cuisines. Safe to say, Conosh is building the next culinary revolution in India.
