Malabar Gold & Diamonds announced the opening of its flagship showroom in Los Angeles, the largest and fifth location in the US on Wednesday, October 16.
California Congresswoman Michelle Steele, along with MP Ahammed (Chairman), KP Abdul Salam (Vice Chairman), Shamlal Ahamed (International Operations Managing Director), Joseph Eapan (North America Regional Head), and other senior management, inaugurated the showroom.

Jewellery giant offers gold coins to customer at inauguration
This showroom in Artesia, covering 6,500 square feet, displays over 30,000 jewellery designs from 20 countries and includes 25 exclusive brands. Customers can also personalise their jewellery. The company announced that to celebrate the opening, it is giving gold coins to customers who buy Diamond and Precious Gem Jewellery. This offer is available until November 3rd.

Malabar Gold and Diamonds operates over 360 showrooms globally
Furthermore, Malabar Gold and Diamonds announced it will open 20 new showrooms globally in October 2024. Seven are already open, with 13 more coming to the USA, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and India. Currently, Malabar Gold and Diamonds operates over 360 showrooms in 13 countries.
Looking ahead, the sixth Malabar Gold & Diamonds showroom in the US will soon open in Atlanta, Georgia. The company plans to expand into cities like San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, Tampa, Virginia, Detroit, Houston, Charlotte, Phoenix, New York, and San Diego. In Canada, they will extend into British Columbia and Alberta.
