As the director of culinary at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, this new job is at the highest level of interactive fine dining. Chef Jerson Fernandes deserves this honor because he has worked for 15 years in the world of traditional and new cuisines.

With a strong belief that food is more than just a meal and should be remembered beyond the menu and the restaurant, Fernandes has made a big contribution to the world of food by combining the new and the old through many hours of experimenting and cooking. Before becoming the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach’s new director of culinary, Fernandes was the hotel’s executive chef.

With this new job, he will be in charge of all of the hotel’s food and drink operations, including making menus, managing the kitchen staff, and checking the quality of the food. He has worked in many hotels and restaurants across the country, so he has a lot of experience in the hospitality business.

“I couldn’t be happier about my new job as director of culinary at the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. The goal is to keep improving and going above and beyond what guests expect, and my love of food will help me do that.”, Fernandes said. He also added, “I’m looking forward to working with a great team that shares my passion and giving guests a meal they’ll remember even after they leave the restaurant.”
