What is it like to be Lady Gaga? Fans are aware that Lady Gaga has a lot on her plate, including acting, singing, and other activities. What they may not realize is that she eats a variety of healthful foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to power her hectic schedule.

Bo O’Connor, the singer’s personal chef and lifelong friend, is well-versed in Gaga’s nutrition. They grew up together, pursuing their respective interests. “She’s always been into the arts, and I’ve always been into cuisine,” O’Connor said.

Let’s have a sneak peak into her life and see what she eats in a day and what are her preferences regarding food.

Breakfast

Lady Gaga likes smoothies and finds them a quick way to fill up. She values nutrients and prefers to make smoothies with a coconut water base. If she isn’t eating a smoothie for breakfast, she prefers eggs or egg whites with vegetables. She occasionally eats Greek yogurt with fresh fruit or granola. She likes to change it up with new ingredients so she doesn’t grow bored or weary of eating the same thing over and over. She likes to add vegetables, whole grains, and protein in her salads. Bo always adds freshly ground black pepper to her salads.

Dinner
