Meanwhile, Godrej Interio is upgrading its digital presence with new e-commerce technologies. The website has a ‘Visual Search’ tool using AI to recommend products based on customer-uploaded images and home setups. It also has better navigation, improved product views, and expanded digital marketing for a smoother shopping experience.

Additionally, the site offers a furniture exchange program where old items can be traded for new ones. By integrating the dealer network into the e-commerce platform, it allows for direct ordering and nationwide delivery, enhancing customer access and operational efficiency.
