Some foods are packed with nutrients to perk up your libido. You can add these foods to your daily diet to ensure that your reproductive health is in optimal condition.

1. Figs

They have a long history of boosting fertility, & they make an excellent aphrodisiac as they are rich in both soluble and insoluble fibre which is crucial for heart health and increase blood flow to the reproductive organs. You can have fresh figs while in season otherwise you can have dry figs too and add them to your breakfast cereals or late-night snacks. You can have fig smoothies or fig chutney. 2. Yoghurt

Yogurt is widely known to be beneficial to vaginal health. Yoghurt contains good bacteria that help maintain healthy pH levels in the body and prevent urinary tract infections and yeast infections. Start your day with a bowl of yoghurt, or bring it to work for an afternoon snack. You can make some yummy dishes if you don’t want to eat plain yoghurt, Yes! You can have Yoghurt Parfait, as a weekend dessert or you can even add it to your mac n cheese sauce, You’ll love how creamy the whole thing turns out. 

3. Celery

 Celery has an aroma that is derived from two steroids known as androsterone and adrostenol. When we consume celery, the subtle pheromone produced by these two natural chemicals travels through our sweat glands and attracts the opposite sex. It also contains arginine, an amino acid that expands blood vessels in the same way that Viagra is supposed to.Generally people find it a bit difficult to consume celery as a salad due to its texture and taste. So we suggest you include it in your diet in the form of soups, yeah you heard it right! Celery soup is delicious! 

4. Asparagus

It is also high in Vitamin E, which helps to stimulate the production of sex hormones. Asparagus provides the body with a boost of histamine, which helps in promoting stronger orgasms. According to experts, zinc can help boost libido and sexual desire. So, for improved sexual health, choose a handful of almonds as a healthy munching snack.

6. Ginger

This common Indian spice is responsible for not only making food taste better, but also for keeping the heart healthy, improving circulation, and increasing testosterone levels. So go ahead and add ginger to your tea or your everyday cooking.

7. Watermelon

Watermelons are more than just delicious. Citrulline, an amino acid, is thought to have the potential to increase libido, according to experts. Citrulline, like Viagra, dilates blood vessels to treat erectile dysfunction. Watermelons can be eaten for breakfast or in the form of freshly squeezed juice.

8. Green Leafy Vegetables
