Women fashion brand Berrylush collaborates with GoKwik to boost online presence

Berrylush, a women’s western fashion brand, has partnered with e-commerce platform GoKwik to grow its online presence and boost growth.

According to Economic Times, his collaboration with GoKwik will help Berrylush double its orders and revenue by 2025. It aims to enhance customer shopping experiences and expand its direct-to-consumer reach in more areas across India.

Berrylush to achieve INR 100 cr via GoKwik

“In India’s fast-evolving e-commerce landscape, ensuring a seamless customer experience and reducing RTOs are crucial for sustainable growth. With GoKwik’s innovative solutions, we are already witnessing positive shifts. In just 15 days, we have seen significant progress toward achieving our objectives, and we anticipate a substantial reduction in drop-offs and RTO rates. As e-commerce continues to grow, addressing RTOs will be essential for maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction,” commented Alok Paul, co-founder and COO of Berrylush regarding the collaboration.

Aims to achieve Rs100 crore revenue this fiscal year, Berrylush, a top player in the omnichannel fashion industry. They will use GoKwik’s network of 120 million shoppers, the largest in India, to improve the eCommerce shopping experience. With tech and data science, Berrylush plans to increase cash on delivery sales and reduce returns before delivery.

After launching GoKwik’s solution on their website, Berrylush will integrate it into their mobile app, aiming to cut drop-offs by 20% and RTOs by 50%. With GoKwik’s help, they expect smooth growth. Berrylush, previously bootstrapped, plans to raise funds to expand and target a 7% EBITDA profit this fiscal year.

Moving forward, GoKwik has a network of over 10,000 eCommerce brands, including Lenskart, Neemans, Man Matters, and Shoppers Stop. These brands cover fashion, beauty, health and nutrition, electronics, and more. The company recently expanded globally by acquiring Return Prime, a Shopify app for managing returns for eCommerce brands.
