You don’t need anything fancy for preparing these teas; just an electronic kettle and a few ingredients will suffice.
turmeric and ginger tea
Boil one cup of water and add two slices of ginger to it. Add some mint leaves, a pinch of turmeric, and a dash of crushed pepper. Let it boil for a few minutes, then strain it and enjoy your turmeric ginger tea.
It helps with anxiety and depression and boosts your serotonin levels. Drink it once or twice a day.
Lemon tea
It is one of the simplest yet most magical teas.
You need to boil water and add some tea leaves to it. After bringing it to a nice boil, strain it and add a generous amount of honey and half a lime.
It is delicious, refreshing, and good for your mood.
It not only improves stress levels but also helps with cognitive function.
Camomile tea
Heat the water and bring it to a boil, then add the camomile tea. After some minutes, strain it and add one spoonful of honey, some lemon drops, and a thin slice of lemon to it. Your tea is ready to be enjoyed warm.
Camomile tea helps with good sleep and digestion. It is loaded with antioxidants.
Consume these teas, but in moderation; limit them to one or two cups a day. They will surely help you have a better, calmer mind to work well. Share it with your colleagues, and you can offer it to your boss too.
