Sheetal Saxena is the co-founder of COLOCAL. An illustrious banker by profession was one day exploring Instagram, and she trips over the story of a maker of a chocolate brand in Vietnam who was making chocolate from scratch. She and her friend Nishant (co-founder of COLOCAL) went to Vietnam to learn more about the process.

Slowly, after hard work of a year and a half, they were able to make their first chocolate bar.  Sheetal’s brainchild is India’s first live ‘bean to bar’ chocolate brand! She strives to create a deep-seated impact in the chocolate brand by educating people about craft chocolate intricacies, giving the farmers their fair prices, and helping fuel the cacao community.
