This quick-to-do recipe takes under 5 mins of preparation and 3 minutes of cooking time with an easily available list of ingredients. Suited for kids, once in a while, and adults alike, this is a dish that works as perfect comfort food while it also solves the spice craving from time to time         

We have elucidated a step-by-step recipe that will help you do this exquisite omelet for your loved ones

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Kurkure (crushed)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, beat 2 eggs until the yolks and whites are well combined.
  • Add the crushed Kurkure, finely chopped onion, tomato, and green chili to the beaten eggs. Mix everything well.
  • Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
  • Cook the omelet on one side for 2-3 minutes until it is golden brown.
  • Flip the omelet and cook on the other side for another 2-3 minutes until it is cooked through.
  • Transfer the Kurkure Omelet to a plate and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
