Ingredients:
- 1 liter full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup vermicelli (thin)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup almonds (blanched and sliced)
- 1/4 cup pistachios (sliced)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp rose water
- 1 tbsp ghee
Instructions:
- Heat the ghee in a pan and add the vermicelli. Fry for 1-2 minutes until it turns light brown.
- Add the milk to the pan and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sugar, almonds, pistachios, raisins, cardamom powder, and rose water to the pan. Mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the Sheer Khurma hot or chilled and garnish with additional nuts if desired.
