Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mutton
  • 2 onions, chopped

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add chopped onions. Fry until they turn golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and fry until they become soft and mushy.
  • Add mutton and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 5-6 whistles or until the mutton is tender.
  • Once the pressure has released, open the cooker and add 2 tbsp of Himachilli Red Chilli Chukh. Mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
