Seekh Kebab Skewers with PFC

Here is a recipe for PFC’s plant-based chicken seekh kebab that you can try at home:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups PFC plant-based chicken protein
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Skewers

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the PFC plant-based chicken protein, chopped onion, cilantro leaves, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Using your hands, shape the mixture into sausage-shaped seekh kebabs around the skewers.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the seekh kebabs with vegetable oil on all sides.
  4. Place the seekh kebabs on the grill or grill pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Remove the seekh kebabs from the heat and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
