How to make Sriracha Sauce at home for your Spice Love?

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the jalapeño peppers on the prepared baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are soft and lightly charred.
  3. Remove the jalapeños from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  4. In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted jalapeños, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  5. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and well combined.
  6. Pour the sauce into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
  8. Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  9. Transfer the Sriracha sauce to a jar or squeeze bottle and store it in the refrigerator for up to a month.
