How to make Mayonaise or Mayo at Home?

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  2. If the mayo is too thick, you can thin it out with a tablespoon of water or more vegetable oil, depending on your preference.
  3. Taste the mayo and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  4. Transfer the mayo to a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
