1 cup of your choice of frozen fruit (e.g. berries, mango, banana)
1 cup of liquid (e.g. almond milk, coconut milk, juice)
1 tbsp of sweetener (e.g. honey, maple syrup, agave nectar) (optional)
1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
1 handful of greens (e.g. spinach, kale) (optional)
Instructions:
Place the assorted frozen fruits in a blender.
Add the liquid and any optional ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
