1. In a large bowl, mix together the besan, grated potato, onion, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, turmeric powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

3. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or wok over medium-high heat.

4. Once the oil is hot, take 1 tablespoon of the pakore mixture and drop it into the hot oil.

5. Fry the pakore for 3-4 minutes until it is golden brown.

6. Once the pakore is golden brown, remove it from the oil and place it on a paper towel to drain off the excess oil.

7. Repeat the same process with the remaining pakore mixture.

8. Serve the Falhari Pakore hot with a side of chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
