– 4-5 medium potatoes

– 2 tablespoons of corn flour

– 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

– ¼ teaspoon of baking powder

– ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

– Salt to taste

– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons of honey

– 1 teaspoon of chili sauce

– 2-3 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic

– 2-3 tablespoons of finely chopped green chili

– 2 tablespoons of finely chopped ginger

– 2 tablespoons of finely chopped spring onions

Instructions:

1. Begin by washing and peeling the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices, and then into thin strips.

2. In a large bowl, combine the corn flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add the potato strips and mix well.

3. Heat the oil in a wide-bottomed pan on medium-high heat. Add the potato strips, and fry them until they are crispy and golden brown.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, chili sauce, garlic, green chili, ginger, and spring onions.

5. Once the potatoes are done, add the sauce mixture to the pan. Give it a good mix, and cook it for another 2-3 minutes on medium-low heat.

6. Serve the Honey Chilli Potatoes hot, garnished with freshly chopped spring onions. Enjoy!
