Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, unsweetened shredded coconut, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes or until they are firm.
