Zepto rolls out ‘SuperSaver’ to capture bulk buyers and increase AOV

As the quick commerce sector heats up, Zepto is enhancing its strategy by introducing ‘SuperSaver,’ aiming to increase its average order value (AOV) and extend its reach beyond the 10-minute delivery service.

According to The Arc’s report, the service, currently available in Bengaluru, provides competitive pricing for bulk buyers and budget-conscious shoppers by waiving delivery charges on orders exceeding INR 1000.

This initiative is designed to help Zepto close the gap with Blinkit, which currently leads the quick commerce sector with an average order value (AOV) of INR 625 for the quarter ending in June.

Foodtech giant Zomato has prohibited the use of AI-generated images on its restaurant partners’ menus and marketing materials to curb misleading advertisements.
