The Biryani versus Pulav debate has been a long-standing topic among food enthusiasts, with passionate advocates on both sides of the argument. However, a new term has emerged that has caught the attention of Desis everywhere – ‘Khayali Pulav.’ While the term is commonly used in Hindi, a recent video from a cafe in Delhi has given it a literal interpretation, creating a buzz among food lovers.

The video quickly went viral, and people all over the internet were left puzzled and searching for an explanation. Some were convinced that it was merely an optical illusion, while others speculated that it was a result of advanced molecular gastronomy techniques. Despite the mystery surrounding the dish, it was widely celebrated for its creativity and unique presentation.
At the time of publishing this article, the video has amassed over 1.5 million views and received 53K likes on Instagram. The attention it has garnered is a testament to the fascination that people have with unique and innovative food presentations. It is a reminder that food is not just about taste, but also about the overall experience, including presentation and ambiance. Dates can be a real intimidating experience especially if you really like them and they are really selective and have high standards and you know you didn’t get your shot easily 😉
Whether you are a lady or a gentleman, you know you are really into them if you are scared to mess up and if so, we have got your back and are here with some fine dining etiquette tips that are sure to impress your partner:
The Venue: When it comes to dating, first things first is to pay attention to the details. Make sure you pick a place that has food or cuisine of their liking and has an elegant ambiance to set the date mood, not some fast food joint to just hog food for cheap.
Attire: The first fundamental of personality is the attire. Don’t pick something overly fancy or overly revealing. Rather, let it be something classy and comforting that expresses you and makes you feel confident.
Table Manners: Table manners are crucial on a date. Start by pulling out the chair for your partner(if you are a guy) and allow them to order first. Use the appropriate cutlery for each course, and avoid talking with your mouth full. Place your napkin on your lap, and use it to wipe your mouth between courses.
Wine: Ordering wine can be a daunting experience, but it’s an essential part of fine dining. If you’re not familiar with wine, ask the server for recommendations. Hold the glass by the stem, and avoid swirling the wine excessively. Don’t fill the glass more than half-full, and allow your partner to taste the wine first.
Conversation: Conversation is a vital part of any date, but it’s essential to keep it light and positive. Avoid discussing controversial topics such as politics or religion, and don’t talk about your ex. Focus on getting to know your partner and showing interest in what they have to say.
Tipping: Tipping is an important part of fine dining etiquette. The standard tip is 15-20% of the total bill, but you can tip more if the service was exceptional.
Be Present: Fine dining is an experience that should be enjoyed and savored. Put your phone away and focus on your partner. Enjoy the ambiance, the food, and each other’s company.
It can be a really daunting or intimidating experience but the main thing is you are spending time with someone you like and it is important to spend each moment with them and enjoy it. Don’t fake it and be you, we are sure they will love you as you are and if you really follow these tips then it is certain this is not gonna be the last date 😉

Reliance Industries Limited, commonly referred to as Reliance, is one of India’s largest conglomerates, with interests in a variety of industries, including petrochemicals, refining, oil, gas, and telecommunications. Founded in 1966, the company is currently led by Mukesh Ambani, who has a net worth of over $90 billion, making him the richest person in Asia and one of the wealthiest individuals globally.
In recent years, Reliance has been expanding its retail operations through its subsidiary, Reliance Retail. The company has over 12,000 stores across India, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and specialty stores. Its retail network is a significant asset in the company’s efforts to revive the Campa brand and challenge the dominance of PepsiCo and Coca-Cola in the Indian beverage market.
Amulya Pandit, a Consultant at Euromonitor International, said, “Coca-Cola and Pepsi are unused to a nationwide challenge, and Reliance has the financial muscle and reach to challenge them with a local brand with high nostalgic value.”
The Campa brand of sugary sodas was first introduced in India in the 1970s and quickly became a popular drink among consumers. However, the brand disappeared from store shelves as PepsiCo and Coca-Cola expanded their operations in India following the liberalization of the Indian economy in the 1990s. Reliance acquired the Campa brand in 2020 for $2.7 million and is now relaunching it with a focus on undercutting the prices of its competitors.
Reliance plans to use its retail network to distribute Campa drinks to hotels, restaurants, and in-flight sales, as well as open its own or joint venture factories to produce the sodas. Currently, the production of Campa is outsourced to other companies. By bringing production in-house, Reliance can better control costs and quality.
To gain a foothold in the Indian beverage market, Reliance is heavily discounting the prices of Campa drinks in stores. For example, a two-liter bottle of Campa Cola is priced at 49 rupees (60 U.S. cents) in stores, nearly 50% lower than its label price and around one-third cheaper than similar-sized Coke and Pepsi bottles. The company is also offering smaller-sized bottles of Campa Cola and Coke for 10 rupees and Pepsi for 12 rupees, respectively.
Reliance’s aggressive pricing strategy is reminiscent of the company’s successful approach in the telecommunications industry, where it disrupted the market with cut-throat pricing to become the leading player. It remains to be seen whether Reliance can replicate this success in the beverage market, but the company’s track record and vast resources suggest that it could be a formidable competitor for PepsiCo and Coca-Cola in India.

Cashews are a popular choice when it comes to dry fruits, thanks to their unique flavor profile, creamy texture, and numerous nutritional benefits. However, these nutty treats often come with a hefty price tag, making them a luxury that not everyone can afford.
In the midst of this, the district of Jamtara in the Indian state of Jharkhand has emerged as a unique exception. This district is not only known as the phishing capital of India, but it also sells cashews at incredibly low rates that are unheard of in other parts of the country.
The reason behind this phenomenon lies in a small village called Nala, which is located just four kilometers away from Jamtara. Nala is popularly known as the cashew city of Jharkhand, and for good reason. Here, cashews are sold at prices that are comparable to any other vegetable available in the country, ranging from INR 20-30 per kg.
The primary reason why cashews are sold at such a cheap rate in Nala is that the villagers have been cultivating cashews on a large scale for several years now. The cashew plantation in Nala was first identified by the Forest Department, which recognized that the climate and soil in the area were highly suitable for cashew cultivation. As a result, the department planted cashew saplings in an area of 50 acres in Nala, and the farmers started cultivating cashews on a large scale.
However, since the area is not highly developed, the villagers sell the cashews at a quarter of the market rate on the roadside. This has resulted in a unique situation where people can purchase cashews at incredibly low prices, making it an affordable luxury for many.
One interesting aspect of this story is the role played by Kripanand Jha, who was the Deputy Commissioner of Jamtara at one point. Jha was instrumental in identifying the potential for cashew cultivation in Nala and worked with agricultural scientists to plant cashew trees in the area. This initiative by the Forest Department has not only led to the cultivation of cashews on a large scale but has also created several employment opportunities for the people in the region.
Despite this, many villagers feel that more needs to be done to take advantage of the potential for cashew cultivation in the area. They believe that setting up a cashew processing plant in the region would not only help create more job opportunities but would also lead to an increase in the value of cashews sold by the farmers.
The story of Nala village in Jharkhand is a fascinating example of how an initiative by the Forest Department and the hard work of the villagers have led to a unique situation where cashews are sold at incredibly low prices. It also highlights the potential for further development in the area and the need to create more job opportunities for the people living there.
