Venus Wafers announced South Shores Puff Snacks, a new addition to its portfolio of products with enhanced capabilities. These puffs, which are marketed as a snack that combines flavor and health, will allow Venus Wafers to fully expand in the snacking category with a new choice.

James Anderko, vice president of sales, states, “South Shore Puff Snacks is the ideal companion to the crackers and flatbreads we’re known for.” The essential, non-GMO, nutrient-rich ingredients of the puff snacks demonstrate our ongoing commitment to delivering healthier snack options. Our investment in a puffing machine underlines our commitment to staying on the cutting edge of our business.

South Shore Puff Snacks, which take their name from the Venus Wafers factory in Massachusetts, provide a protein-rich puff snack that’s meant to be crunchy, tasty, and nutritious. These puffs snacks come in 4 oz. and 1.5 oz. packages are vegan, and are available in cheddar, barbecue, and chili lime flavors. According to Anderko, “the puffs are a pleasant and interesting snack alternative.” “And they’re better for your health than chips, just like our crackers and flatbreads.”

As part of a corporate drive to modernize the packaging of all Venus Wafers goods, the business previously announced revised branding for its Mariner and CäPeachio brands. Without compromising the high-quality snacks we’re known for, Anderko says, “We are determined to keep current and engaged with the modern shopper.”
