The bootstrapped brand achieves a monthly repeat customer rate of 65 percent. At present, the brand incurs a customer acquisition cost of INR 150, while the average order value amounts to INR 500.

Last year, the brand experienced a year-on-year growth of 50 percent, reaching a revenue of INR 15.8 crore. For the current fiscal year, the brand has set its sights on achieving INR 25 crore in revenue.

“Going ahead, we are planning to open 1-2 more cloud kitchens in Delhi, however, the priority is to open more cloud kitchens in Bengaluru and then head over to a new city,” he stated.
