99 Pancakes, India’s first QSR chain in the pancakes segment, has launched its first café in Nasik, Maharashtra. The new café is located in the heart of the city on College Road and is open from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
The F&B chain will operate on a company-owned company-operated model for this cafe to provide the best of its services and create a benchmark for future cafes.
The pancake speciality QSR chain, which recently announced a foray into the FMCG segment, now ventured into a café model, proving its expertise and excellence in the food business.
The brand new café at Nasik permeates a beautiful vibe, with crystal clear glass walls and soothing pastel-coloured walls. The café has vibrant lighting, a white seating arrangement and ample natural light, which gives it a perfect place to de-stress oneself.
The food menu is tailored to suit the taste buds of all – college students, kids, and working individuals. A variety of coffee is being offered at the café, along with pancakes, waffles, fries, pizza, and cakes.
Talking about venturing into the café model, Vikesh Shah, Founder, of 99 Pancakes, “We recently entered the FMCG space early this year and venturing into the café model is a true reflection of our customers’ trust in us. The goodwill that we have been able to create amongst our stakeholders has brought us to this level. Our journey till now has been filled with learnings and innovations. The major goal is to make the brand the go-to neighbourhood cafe, QSR for all the age groups who like to eat out and enjoy the gourmet places.”
The QSR chain already runs 40 plus pancake outlets in 13 cities across India.
