Steven D’souza, a native of Mumbai, has an impressive background in the hospitality industry, with over 18 years of experience under his belt. Throughout his career, D’souza has worked in various positions, mastering his culinary skills and rising through the ranks. Notably, he has spent 12 years of his career at Hyatt, which demonstrates his commitment to the brand and his dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

D’souza began his journey with Hyatt Regency Mumbai in 2011 as a chef ce partie, where he honed his skills and gained valuable experience. In 2019, he was promoted to the position of Sous chef at Hyatt Pune, where he continued to excel and make his mark. Before joining Hyatt, he also worked on cruises and with JW Marriott Mumbai, where he gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the culinary arts.

D’souza is a strong believer in the power of teamwork and leadership, and he is committed to empowering and encouraging his team members to showcase their best abilities.
