Barbeque Nation, Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur is hosting Kashmiri Wazwan from February 3 to February 12, 2023. The 10-day festival will bring out the best gastronomy delights from Kashmir.

Kashmiri Wazwan is a traditional banquet feast of Kashmiri cuisine, with an array of rich and flavourful dishes created with the finest spices and ingredients. The festival will feature a special multi-course meal with vibrant colour décor showcasing Kashmiri culture.

Guests can enjoy a unique dining experience with a variety of dishes specially curated by MasterChef Reyaz including Rogan Josh, Aab Gosht, Tabakh Maaz, Goshtaba, and many more. Almost all the dishes are meat-based, such as lamb or chicken, with a few vegetarian choices.

“Kashmiri Wazwan is a festival of extraordinary flavours and spices, a celebration of the culinary art that has been passed down through generations. We have curated an exclusively authentic menu so that guests can explore Kashmiri culture and savour every bite,” said MasterChef Reyaz, Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur.

Barbeque Nation stands as one of the major barbeque restaurants across the country. A leading casual dining chain in India, Barbeque Nation pioneered the concept of “over-the-table barbeque” live grills embedded in dining tables – allowing guests to grill their own barbeque right at their tables.
