Originating from the research of Prof. Juming Tang at Washington State University, USA, MATS is a patented and FDA-approved technology that delivers top-notch ambient shelf-stable food products, surpassing traditional thermal processing methods.
Although Retort technology is widely used in the food industry, MATS technology overcomes its limitations, offering an enhanced product experience in terms of color, texture, and taste.
