Nothing Before Coffee partners with Building Brands for Tomorrow to drive franchise growth in India, unveiling plans for 50+ store openings

Nothing Before Coffee (NBC), the popular chain specializing in takeaway beverages, recently announced an exciting development. They have entered into an exclusive collaboration agreement with Building Brands for Tomorrow (BBFT), a leading consultancy known for their end-to-end franchise and growth support services. This collaboration aims to propel the expansion of Nothing Before Coffee’s franchise network in India. By leveraging BBFT’s expertise, NBC is set to witness accelerated growth and reach new heights in the Indian market.

NBC has established a strong presence across eight states, boasting a remarkable network of over 35 outlets strategically located in tier 1 and tier 2 cities. The company has adopted a well-thought-out approach, ensuring that each outlet is strategically placed within a radius of 3-4 kilometers from one another in high footfall areas. Notable cities where NBC has made its mark include the National Capital Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Indore, Surat, Nagpur, Raipur, Kota, Bikaner, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Bhilwara, Bhilai, Raichur, and Ganganagar, among others.

According to the statement, the coffee chain, which originated in 2017, has ambitious expansion plans in the pipeline. Within the next 60 days, they aim to launch 30 new outlets, and within the following 12 months, an additional 50 outlets are scheduled to be opened. This rapid expansion strategy demonstrates the company’s commitment to scaling its presence and catering to a wider customer base.

“There’s a huge demand for coffee brands in India. The Indian coffee industry in India is valued at $808 million and is projected to exhibit a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.9% from 2020 to 2025. This opens up opportunities for coffee brands in India, where the likes of Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Third Wave Coffee or Blue Tokai have still not been able to fully cater to such huge market size,” said Rohit Singh, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Building Brands For Tomorrow.

“Additionally, when I look at budget-friendly coffee brands in India, there’s not even a single market player and it’s completely untapped. We are excited about this relationship and hopeful about a 360-degree expansion of NBC in India,” he added.
